Boston Bruins Brett Ritchie on Waivers

The Boston Bruins placed forward Brett Ritchie on waivers today with the purpose of assignment to the Providence Bruins of the AHL. In twenty seven games this season Ritchie had two goals and four assists when he signed a one year deal this off season the Bruins were hoping for a lot more than that. With Brett Ritchie on waivers there is a spot on the Boston Bruins roster. GM Don Sweeney will look to the Providence Bruins roster for someone to call up. Players from Providence like Trent Frederic, Jack Studnicka, and Zack Senyshyn. In this video I give my thoughts on Ritchie being placed on waivers and also who I think should be called up from Providence.

  1. He should have attacked bremmstrom he was out there every time he was on the ice and didn’t even run him

  2. Holy shit this is incredible news, he’s a passenger and guys like Studnicka or Fredric can get a shot. Hell even Senyshyn would do.

  3. Ritchie is basically Jimmy Hayes 2.0 glad he has been waived and hope someone picks him up he did nothing with the B's. Kuhlman to me should be called up, he has a non stop motor and a pretty good shot as well, play him 3rd line with Bjork and Coyle. I can see Senyshen deserving a call up as well he looked better in the NHL than AHL, maybe due to that idiot Leach the way he handles him, but for some reason I can see Senyshen used as a trade piece, I would like to use him to pry Georgiev from the Rangers, we don't know how long Rask is out and once he is back we can then deal Halak for pick(s).

  4. His playing/physical playing just fizzed out. He only had that one fight with Goodrow.
Game with Washington, Nothing! Game with Columbus , Nothing! Even if he dropped the gloves and tried, the fans would of loved that and respected him. Very pissed about this guy…

  5. Hoping his bro ends up doing well and that lights a match under Brett's ass and he comes back up and we get some bash brothers action or something

  6. Nik Ritchie is much better than Brett Ritchie.give up on Brett Ritchie.give up on Carson Kuhlman.nice kid, fast but isn't a goal scorer.
