Murphy beats Fleury in overtime for his first goal in 50 games
Arizona Coyotes defenceman Connor Murphy finds just just enough room to beat Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury in overtime for his first goal since April 5th 2015.
I know the Pens have 4 of their top 6 forwards injured but with the depth they have there's no excuse to lose to the Yotes… Fleury looked pretty weak in net tonight in my opinion.
Fleury goofed up on literally all 4 goals tonight. If Murray was in net it probably would have been a 3-1 Pens win in regulation. I love flower to death but he can't play up to his standards unless he's the starter, I have no idea why Rutherford has been holding on to him this long. Everyone knows Murray is the future of the team, the sooner they can embrace that the better off they'll be. I pray he's gone by the trade deadline, even though he's been one of my favorite players on the team over the years.
Your organization is still a joke, didn't deserve that win in front of your couple thousand fans. There were more Pens fans there than Coyotes fans lmao. SAD
I'm a huge Fleury fan but man he messed up bad honestly I think that's his last game in Pittsburgh he can't be giving up goals like that. This season he has been weird like he moves so much in his net whenever I watch him in net now I get nervous cause he looks so confused out there. I just hope he goes to an organization that treats him good and he can play more games cause Pittsburgh is not treating him right.
