Getting stronger is a pretty good way, if ya don’t wanna overthink it.
It’s literally nothing about training. I have buddies that weigh a buck fifty at best and they bomb it 300+. I weigh weigh more and am way stronger but they time their swing up way better than me.

Before i started watching bryson’s youtube channel my average swing speed was 108, now after my training over the last year my average is 117. And when i go all out i can hit 130
