Hey @graviteh , just a question…Are you also intrested in other merc from other leagues than NHL? was planning later to send a box of stuff from Sweden, and wonder if I should send some SHL stuff if you want it?
This opens the door for Daniel Sprong to play with the ducks and he isn’t injury prone. Also, we needed more RHD in the system. Also, now is the time for the ducks to get more draft picks. (Huge ducks fan) probably a hockey trade IMO.
What's the big deal?? Everyone seems to think that the ducks got fleeced. Kase hasn't scored more than 20 goals and he is made of balsa wood. I wouldn't be surprised if he misses some more time by the end of the season.
I think bruins won the trade but if aneheim can get a steal with that first round pick, then it will be more even
Boston will now have more flexibility to resign Krug. That's a big deal. Krug will be the next Bruin captain.
If this is the only deal they make they're not any close to winning the cup than before the trade. We need a legitimate top 6 forward not another fringe top 6. This guy sounds like he's got some potential, but his injury history scares the crap out of me. Especially for the playoffs.
Love your videos bro but hes not underrated lol hes very injury prone and inconsistent. I dont see him keeping up with the physical play of boston and that gives Anaheim a 2nd 1st rounder for the second year in a row which I believe will turn out better than Kase. I think they missed out big time on Coleman and should have gone after Kreider or Palmieri. Boston wins short term, Anaheim long term for sure
I think Boston won with this trade. They get rid out of Backes (ye they had to pass 1 round pick but was worthy in my opinion)+ Kaše is very solid player and if he is gonna stay healthy he may be really big upgrade to 2nd or 3rd line. We will see
If Kase can stay healthy it's a steal for the Bruins.
Ondrej Kase is not Don Sweeney’s main exchange. Know it! He immediately went to Kase to find a player who could complete the second trio with Krejci and Debrusk if he ever fails to sign Kyle Palmieri (or perhaps Jean-Gabriel Pageau). Contrary to what many amateurs think, I don’t think Sweeney tried to get hold of Chris Kreider. The latter is too expensive and offers only an uncertain future to the team; and Kreider, as a rental player, would have been a ridiculous financial decision. Freed from 75% of Backes' salary, now Sweeney will do everything to sign Palmieri (or Pageau) for several years. In exchange for Palmieri (or Pageau), the Devils (or the Senators) will be offered Danton Heinen, John Moore and a choice of second round 2020. Sweeney dreams, for the playoffs, these forward lines:
Pastrnak-Bergeron-Marchand
Kase-Krejci-Palmieri (or Pageau)
DeBrusk-Coyle-Björk
Kuraly-Wagner-Kuhlman
Ducks fan. Kase is good but inconsistent and always hurt. It’s a good deal for both sides. Ducks get a first rounder have shown we have good drafting ability. Kase is gonna play much better with better players.
Bruins got a very good player in Kase best of luck in Beantown
I see Anderson often here with the Moncton Wildcats, he is ok, but more of a B or B+ prospect at best.
Watch out that it doesn't turn out like Ferlund in Vancouver
B's give up a 1st round draft pick for a 7th round player whos always hurt…this is more about Backes than Kase.
