  1. So they signed Reimer to waive him? What? So it takes you twelve minutes to say Reimer is going to Rochester and UPL and Levi are rotating in Buffalo? Is that what you are having so much difficulty saying? Rambling on.

  2. Agree good veteran signing with Comrie now gone as insurance barring any injury to UPL or Levi and Lindy will have fun balancing lines as he's never coached a team with so many 1st round picks on it so agree it will be interesting to see what he comes up with.

  3. The Sabres didn't "convince" themself anything Lance. The fact is Levi has already proved he can excel at the AHL level. This is what worries me about Ruff. Recall when Miller was in Rochester Ruff refused to call him up and kept him down in the AHL thinking it would be better for him. It was clear it was not necessary AND it isn't necessary for Levi to spend 2 years in Rochester. Let's be VERY CLEAR Levi is a special goalie not some willy nilly backup he is here to be the starter and HE WILL be the future of our goaltending AND the future is NOW. We cannot allow a year where we get in the playoffs and guess by golly with UPL. The fact is it wasn't until Levi was sent packing to Rochester the UPL took off and that sends the message clearly that UPL cannot handle pressure nor can he handle competition.

  4. They way I see it.. Reimer was signed to be the #2.. Levi will either be the #1 or in Rochester to play daily there while UPL plays daily in the NHL.. and if UPL goes down.. Levi will be up and playing the #1… I know I would not want Levi sitting on the bench watching.
