OK Guys, in today’s video I decided to take a look at the recent information that has surfaced from Russia, which involves Montreal Canadiens 2024 5th overall pick Ivan Demidov.. Apparently there has been conversations between both SKA and Habs management. And together they have constructed a plan for Demidov this season. Lets chat about it!

How will he be able to play in the KHL, there's absolutely no place for him, they have 16 forwards and that's without Kuznetsov.
Enough of this nonsense. If a Russian player is to come over to play in the NHL, there is only one way to have him come over sooner than later. Head to Russia with some cash in a tote bag. Hand it over to the person in charge and presto Demidov is in Montreal tomorrow Anyone who doesn’t believe this is how it works in a country desperate for cash give yourself a shake of the head. IT IS the way it works in Russian businesses

I dont think there's a play this kid has made on the ice in the last 10 years that i haven't seen, I have been watching Demidov highlights so much, when i sit down now, Youtube just opens automatically and starts playing Demidov videos!! lol.
i feel nose-groceries is a term that should be used more often.

That Mr. Hankey joke reminded me of that announcer on the Océanic's radio broadcast, Michel Germain, at the time. 99% was in french, but everytime there was a goal, he'd go (with the most french canadian accent you ever heard, like even GSP could not contend): "For our friends in the Maritimes and Newfoundland, we have a new score for you" then he'd proceed to tell the score. My favorite was when he'd say "tree tree in da turd period".

At least Demidov will be in Montreal for development camp. We will be watching him from afar after that.

We have another ruff year ahead, HUGO stayed the course and unlike Detroit, Ottawa and Buffalo spending on free agent before the kids are ready. Now they will be stuck in the perennial middle of the pack.
I enjoy watching the development of MY HABS and let’s look at the end goal, a team that can win year in and year out.
I'd personally rather see him play next year in the AHL since it's going to give him a closer look at North American hockey, and I think if he wasn't still under contract in the KHL, we'd see him playing for the Rocket next season.

So far , Canadiens are on their way to building a great future . The Demidov acquisition makes me want to wear my Russian Flag tee shirt everywhere I go . I hear they might have an interest in bringing back Max Pactoretti? Have you heard anything ? Could be interesting for a veteran presence on a two year deal.

It would be awesome if Demidov can get a Gragarin Cup as a starter for all of the Lord Stanleys' he's going to be getting
are the KHL games broadcast on Russia tv channels?
How long is khl season? Is it 82 games? If not or even if season stops before habs can he sign with habs and come play late games maybe like hutson?
