Jvr is interesting. He is a great veteran piece for us who will provide us offense. However he did play in Boston and I think the plan for Montreal this year is to let our guys mature and develop on their own while still being a bottom team. Next off season? I can 100% see it

I have always been of the thought that a rebuilding team should always pick up a 1 year vet piece to trade at the deadline. Your basically getting a prospect or 2 for free
I really liked Armia-Newhook-Gallagher line, last year. That would be my third line. My starting 2nd line would be Roy-Dach-Anderson. Poor Anderson, playing all year with Dvorak or Evans, he didn't have a chance to score more goals than he did.
Another thing no one really mentions is that almost everyone is a RH shot in the forward group. I think only 3 shoot left.

Josh I'm a sound guy…and your mic is incredibly noisy in the bass spectrum of sound…low hertz…like 32 hz or 64…128…lower these a lot
on an equaliser…or something is vibrating…it's like a constamt morse code…Jesse's mic is noiseless….me..i get enough bass for my subwoofer thump…very noisy

Like the idea Slaf with Dach, spread out the scoring, have 2 equal lines. Slaf and Dach started last year's 2 first games beautifully.
We still have Pearson. RHP is out. So maybe 1st line wing is open to Roy or maybe a trade comes in. Nice to have a roster spot open for a rookie to compete for also. Also prefer Newhook on the 2nd line
