Necas does good= re-sign him to another, longer extension next summer.
Necas does bad= don’t re-sign him to an extension next summer and wait to see if he does good in year 2 of the current one before starting negotiations again.
GMET might have a better rapport with these guys than what the old guard did so negotiating might be easier in the future.
