Some of these seem a little audacious for fitting in the $300 mil budget imo but the key is there are multiple options for different costs on the table.
Also no surprise one of the ideas is knocking out corner 300 seats for bar/standing room space.

Following the new trend of making the exterior walls giant windows to make it look futuristic I see. Just like the Flyers Arena when I went a couple years ago.

Most interesting thing IMO are the different options for the lobby. No matter what it looks like a beer garden with an outdoor patio and 3x increase to the size of the eye are on the table (click to expand)

Why the fuck are they proposing taking out men’s bathrooms to add women’s? The men’s are generally busier during games.
As someone who works in construction there is zero chance the final product looks even remotely close to this concept. Excited for a refresh, but just temper expectations a bit
I hope they install one of the trough style urinals and close the gaps between the seats (we have too much space and I want to be packed in like a can of sardines with opposing team fans!). (/s if not obvious)
I wanna know if the Chanpions Club becomes worth the expense. Bc it ain’t currently.
