The Canucks land Jake in free agency…. Jake Debrusk that is. With the big fish Jake Guentzel locked up in Tampa, the Canucks pivoted to scoop up a trio of Boston Bruins in Jake Debrusk, Danton Heinen, and Derek Forbort, as well as adding depth forward Kiefer Sherwood from Nashville and heavy defenceman Vincent Desharnais from Edmonton. Quads and Harman discuss the signings and look at what still needs to be done to fill out the roster.

If he doesn't work with Petey, then it's probably on Petey. Until Willander plays a whole season in Abbey it doesn't matter.
Teams need to have 1 or 2 roster spots open every year for developing players. Cant rely on free agency! Low cost contracts are a must! I love the coaching staff! Just have faith!
Credit to Cody for not being afraid to call out Silovs for being what he is, shaky on flip shots from the point, Sherwood has as much upside as Tim Schaller, and Forbot and Desharnais are shaky, big time, so don't get it twisted, lads. Big step backwards on defence, Quads. Scary, so scary that Allvin is looking for Riley Stillborn's phone number, that's how shaky it is.
