    Since Dundon bought the team they have essentially spent to the cap every year. They were even over the cap a couple years ago causing them to have to float Martinook through waivers on opening day to be cap compliant. Come on NHL network! Hire some analysts who don't think Karmonos still owns the team😂

    The canes have spent to the cap pretty much every year since Dundon took over. It isn’t Karmonos days where he would get to the cap floor and be ok with being horrible
