A rare W for Fanatics after a common L

Story time. Pictured above you will see my shelf of Stanley Cup ( aside from the inaugural game ticket in glass). I purchased the 5 puck set w/ Stanley cup (rear left) set from Fanatics shortly after the cup final. I received it approx a week later but it was missing one small crucial thing seen on the website pictures. The Stanley Cup was missing the name plate of the Panthers. It was just a blank cup. I contacted customer service and they advised they were out of the puck set w/ the cup so they couldn’t replace it. I saw they were still selling the cup by itself and asked if they could just swap out the cups. I was told no. They offered 20% off or I could return everything. I wanted the puck set so I took the 20% off.

A few days later someone was complaining about fanatics on Twitter X so I replied with my quick story. A fanatics CS rep DM’d me. Asked for more info. Long story short after over a month of short updates that he was still working on it, despite me thinking it was lip service and it would not be resolved, he was able to have a new cup with nameplate shipped out to me. (Pictured to the right). So salute to that guy for going the extra mile.
