I was thinking about the algorithm thing. How your videos get classified or flagged
There might be something else going on with Canadian media..
When I was in canada, I could access my yootoob channel but a lot of my content was restricted on that side of the border.
why I put up clips sometimes of shows or footage we see in the US but it's restricted in canada.
Like they can see some of my NHL clips & Burn Notice clip under my account, but they can't see them in Canada from where my friend is. They get "Content not available"
So I don't know if some of the trouble you're having or flagging comes from another side of The border's fans. Because they may not be able to access that copyrighted footage but they can get it through your clips?

It's strange what you can and cannot access on media. the govt mandates the radio plays 2/3 of Canadian produced music
Probably has nothing to do with it, but it was just a thought. There are a few ways of bypassing the Canadian content copyright firewalls. Especially around hockey.
