This video almost brought me to tears. I create hype videos and I did one for them before the finals and posted it on here. Man I was so hyped. The loss was so heartbreaking, hitting worse than when Carey Price and Montreal lost in 2021. It is so hard to see McDavid look defeated. GO OILERS! GO CANADA!
Anybody who said Mcdavid was being selfish for not going back out to accept the CS trophy is insane. Like what’s he going to do in that moment “well fellas, tough luck. Let me go grab this trophy real quick”.
As a Canucks fan, it hurts me sooo much to see McDavid like this. That night I was cheering them on and hoping they could win. It’s too bad they fell short but I know they’ll win it next year
