If they land Duclair on their line, then I'd say their point production should go up, along with their chemistry from another year together.
13 and 14 would be even better with an actual lw that could score goals instead of playing with drags like 27 and 10. He-ll st. roy should put 29 on that line for all season. Stack all of your scorers on one line until louzer gets off his ass and acquires that goal scorer isles need. And louzer should be fired for even thinking about an extention for 21. Probably wont score 30 again and wont have trade value at tdl which louzer wont do anyway. fkn fool. Maybe 18 should play on 13/14 line because he skates really fast. Maybe j. gill q league second leading scorer will surprise and take that spot.
Absolutely, Barzel is expanding his game and has finally committed to taking the puck to the middle of the ice. Yes, and shooting when he gets there lol. He is becoming a complete player.
He will score 30 goals and 90 plus points. They both could use a Power Type RW that opens up more ice by driving the net and shooting the puck. I maybe the only one that thinks this, but Dufour is the RW. He is going to surprise Everyone. That gives us a second line of DuClair Nelson Palmeri.
Speaking of signing longer years, there have been teams that have been signing to up to eight years extension contracts.

Good morning team! Gil, this topic can go a few different ways. First, I would love if they were both better and have more production. Having another top line worthy player will help with that as well. I'm a big believer in, if you're not getting better, and you're staying the same, or worse, then you're going backwards and should be treated as such. That being said, getting another year under their belt and knowing each others tendencies, I can't see how there wouldn't be improvement. Thanks again for another great show, Gil. Gm Gil. Barzal has shown flashes of brilliance. He turns the pucks over frequently, doesn't get back on D, and long stretches vanishes on the ice. I blame coaching for not demanding the very best all the time. He would be a much better player if he were surrounded by a very good team and he had to compete to make the 2nd line because he is not an elite 1st line player. Bo Horvat delivers consistently.
