Jamie Drysdale has certainly failed to live up to expectations since being drafted 6th overall in 2020. But when examining the exact circumstances of Drysdale’s path up to and since being traded to the Flyers, it’s not hard to see why Danny Briere & Co. believe there’s a much better player in Drysdale than what we’ve seen so far. Jamie Drysdale has the tools to be in the same breath as Adam Fox, Quinn Hughes etc.. I love Keith Jones like the rest of Philadelphia, but he needs to keep comments about other organizations in house.
Drysdale, doesn't look like much to me. Pathetic compensation for the potential superstar that we lost.
And the Flyers have a TERRIBLE REPUTATION OF DEVELOPING YOUNG PLAYERS ALSO. Given his lack of development, with 2 teams, & a bad injury history — I'm thinking the Flyers got fleeced on the deal.
