  1. Ads on jerseys is a really slippery slope. NHL jerseys have such an authentic look, don’t cover it all up with brands. It also doesn’t help to hype this up as if we should be excited about it.

  2. One step closer to looking like a NASCAR or soccer jerseys…. Shame on you and NHL. Is nothing sacred anymore?

  3. This needs to stop. CBJ should take a page out of the Columbus Crew history books and listen to their fans about branding. What are we doing!? NHL needs to hold on to the last vestiges of what makes our community strong. We need to cherish our traditions. We've watched as advertisements have encroached year after year. Added to the boards, added to the ice, but only in the neutral zone, added to the ice near the blue line, added digitally below the blue line, added digitally on the back boards, added digitally for some teams on the near side boards for the television broad cast, added to the helmets…. and now…

    added to the jerseys.

    Nothing is sacred, seemingly.

    NHL, CBJ, we beseech you – don't do this!

  4. This is so silly. Fans don’t want the ads on the jerseys. Building this up to make it seem cool is going to have the complete opposite effect for fans.
