  1. Nashville deserves a good return for Askarov. But they are asking for too much right now since he isn’t established in the NHL yet. They would get the best return in 2 years from now for him. After signing Stamkos and Marchessault this would be a desperate and costly trade for the win now roster of players. Habs have nothing to offer or gain from a trade for him. We have 2 more established NHL goalies, and possibly an even better prospect in the pipeline. Patience boys.

  2. Guhle and Dach will be big pillars for determining the Habs placement in the standings at the end of the season. Hutson is the most exciting player to watch but remember it’s his 1st year on a rebuilding team. If Dach can play 70 games I want to see him hit 50 points. If we get more offensive production, Guhle will naturally get 30-35 points. Let’s be realistic, all the top players are below 25. This roster is still incomplete, and very young. We have to wait for the older and larger contract players to make way for the next wave of talent in our bottom half of the lineup.

  3. So Pezzetta sits and Boulet gets a regular spot ? Why? Because he's French? Pezz brings a lot more than what I've seen/heard about Boulet. Same old bs.

  4. Dach at 30 pts makes perfect sense when you look at his potential line mates.
Kent did terrible this off season. Rookie manager has some growing pains.

  5. This might sounds Crazy, but if Armia is committed like he was after he came back up the 2nd time I wouldn't mind seeing him get a shot with Dach and Newhook if he has a good camp.

  6. If fowler turns out thats a good issue if mtl grabbed askarov
And correct me if im wrong but mailloux was ranked as a higher pick ( maybe not 11)
But also not where mtl grabbed him (31st) because he asked not to be drafted due to the issues

  7. I had a torn acl and meniscus and got operated 1 month before Dach. I’m back working my blue collar job, working out and surfing and that’s on my own, no team medics or coaches. I have been serious about my rehab and I can now do pistol squats as well as rest in a deep single leg squat. I’m 26 and I feel strong! The challenge will be the mental barriers for Dach and I think Dach will need to make it past the first month of the season. If he does we’re GOLDEN !!!!

  8. Depending of what Joshua roy show us in the camp I believe in h to be on the second line . We don't have a better option as of rigth now . Joshua is an explosive player with an amazing vision . In my opinion he was really good with star player like Bedard with team canada . I believe that he can reach is full potential with dach and newhook .

  9. Askarov? Don't need him, certainly not trading Mailloux for him. Barron and a draft pick, take it or leave it.

That line up is wack? Do they not know where players play? Gallagher on the left? Funny, when Newhook centered that line, Gallagher was on the right where he should be, and Armia was on the left.

Roy on the right and Newhook on the left? When has Roy every played the right side. Every game with the Habs he was always on the left

ESPN are morons. Slaf, Caufield and Suzuki are all low. Dach at 30pts? Guhle is only going to score 2 more pts than he did last season? Idiots at best. Dach will double that prediction.
