When players sign offer sheets I think of a saying when people would threaten quitting. Ask them to take a handful of water out of a bucket… see the difference… that’s how much you will be missed. Don’t blame the players for the short term gain though in a business that your career can end at any time. At least by Tuesday the speculation will be over.

Broberg seems like a bit of a sourpuss with an attitude similar to Jesse Pulljiarvi who thinks he is better than he is. So I’m wondering if Oilers are letting both Holloway and Broberg go since they obviously don’t want to play in Edmonton. And Podz might be a payback for Vinnie D.
