Pretty much every other D we have (aside from X) projects to be offensively minded. Someone needs to eat the tough PK minutes too.
There’s only Savard, Reinbacher and X that have his physicality. Since DR will be top 4, Savard can’t be around for too long and X is still a bit of a wild card – I think Struble’s place is practically secured even if he’s rotating between 3rd pairing and 7th for a couple years.

Starts in Laval this year, as he is Waiver exempt. Harris has to show up big to keep his spot over Struble long term.

I like Struble’s game. He plays physical, skates the puck well and is a sneaky passer out of his own end. He deserves to be ranked higher.

I’m really high on Struble. I think he has the intangibles to be a fearsome playoff competitor.
