One can only hope that Waddell can turn this ship around. Thereโs some talent here. And a relatively deep prospect pool. What we really need is culture, a clear vision that guys can buy into, and a solid system. The rest will slowly start to fall into place. Welcome Jordan, weโre happy to have you ๐
