How can you use this to argue against hybrid icing? First the Canes would have been first to the puck and won the race to the dot so no icing. Second if it was tough up icing and Bernier played it that way it is still a goal. Bernier lost focus. That's on him, not the rules.

I would say Toskala is still worse. This one took a weird bounce, the one for Toskala was directly on net.
