Next generational player Gavin McKenna 16 year old season highlight reel in the WHL (2026 NHL Draft)

Mckenna has had a similar season to what his cousin ( Connor Bedard ) had during his draft -1 year… but McKenna was during his draft -2 year. He is simply incredible and may honestly be the next face of the league for the next generation of NHL player.

  1. Когда этот парень выйдет на драфт,начнётся битва команд в виде сливов,чтоб урвать его)

  2. First time I've actually watched him after seeing the hype and those little touches he does to get around and through traffic are underrated imo. He also seems to anticipate and then exploit the little gaps that open up between opposing players on the rush really well. If you watch his head and body movement he looks like he's one step ahead. Excited to see his development and future unfold.

Hopefully Pittsburgh's impending rebuild puts them in a position to land one of these big prospects before Sid retires (as much as I'd like to see him play forever)

  3. I got to see his first career WHL goal last year in person which was ironically against his cousin's Regina Pats. Kid is going to be something special

  4. The term generational talent loses a little something when you get them every few years. I guarantee there will be another one in 2-3 years.

  5. Next season, Tigers are gonna light the entire WHL on fire, with their top prospect new comers and McKenna being 1 more year experienced.
the Ruck twins are sooooooo frigging goood. – their top 6 is going to be the greatest ever seen in the WHL

  6. if i didnt look at the back of his jersey and hear the commentating i would have thought that was bedard postures are so similar.

  7. I see a lot of Pavel Datsyuk in this kid’s game with a touch of McDavid, but with a bit more of a shooter’s mentality and a better shot. He’s extremely creative, fantastic, quick hands and of course the speed is elite, if not quite on McDavid’s level, which of course nobody is.
