I’m a huge Flyers fan, but even I know that this is a dirty play. (Pretty funny too though).
To be fair to Schenn, there were many dirty plays made before this one (by both teams), so one cannot fault Schenn entirely.
Brian Engblom summed it all up nicely at the end of the game when he stated, “You may want to check websites and newspapers to see what the penalties were. They did not announce them down the homestretch… there were just too many.”
The final score was 6-4 Flyers.
2 teams, 4 ejections, 10 goals. 1 upcoming playoff series. Flyers Vs. Penguins… History will most definitely be made.
