I am curious when or if Ben will switch over to the gen 3. He seems to be one of the last top Joola players holding out on his gen 2. For the amount of lead tape Ben adds to his paddle for power and stability, it almost seems like it would be worth at least testing the gen 3

Tyson starts his backswing as the ball is bouncing, and hits it into the net often as a result. Ben, for comparison, has finished his backswing when the ball bounces so all he has to do is swing forward.
Tyson is making it harder than it needs to be.

Everyone comlaing about Tysons serves, Ben serves high too. To be honest they sgould just let plaueyrs serve at any height at this point. The optimal contact point is like one inch above the waist anyway.

Pickleball pros become pros in 2 years alot of times. The pros have the physical maturity but not the mental maturity you see from top tennis pros. . Johns has the maturity , mcguffin some maturity but needs to be less crowd and wife oriented. Johns beats mcguffin because of his ability to focus. and stay on course. Tyson alot of times falls off the rails lets a few points slip and thats it. In these pro matches you see alot of mental mistakes that you do not see in tennis.
