Not gonna lie haggs I’m Canadian so WJC is in our religion I’ve been watching since i was 4 I’m now 26 I’ve seen marchy, bergy, Crosby, price, list goes on, potsy got hurt in like game 2 can tell he tried to play though it especially with geekie getting suspended, and then he got hurt even worse. And really marchands first tournament wasn’t that great they won gold but marchy didn’t light it up, the following year he went and tore it up. And if I’m being honest that was the worse coaching we’ve had in years, gardiner mcdougall should be the coach there every year itleast now they have Cameron but Jesus coaching is a big deal in that tournament and last years coach did not get the job done at all
If korpi gets dealt it’ll be at best deadline, a team that needs a goalie that’s having a good season may be inclined, if not I’d say he could be moved next offseason, but I mean if he plays solid, is 3 million really that bad for a backup with the rise in cap? Ully is about to make 7-8 so hard to compare them even though there cap hit is only 2 million difference right now, korpisalo in CBJ was a good goalie, he had a few bad years at the end but that team lost panarin and had 0 identity, he went to La who has good d and solid forwards like us, and had a 2.13 and played good playoff hockey, people….. remember too he was the goalie that destroyed Tampa’s massive season, if we get him back to even 70-80 percent of that with goalie Bob him and sway will be a great tandem, and anyone who knows hockey knows Bruins players are as tight as they come, pastas wedding is a recent example
I know the bruins will be there but I hope the boys are there for Elias and zaddy Johnny was best friends with Elias and as much as we hate him I feel for Matt tkachuk too the pictures he shared on IG showed the 3 of them and Monahan were always together…… if your going to drink don’t drive…. Absolutely drives me nuts like think and don’t put yourself in the position to ruin a families life, a father, a child, a great person it’s absolutely sickening to me that people feel like they are more important than anyone else. No he will have to be exceptional to make the team but I don’t think he will make the B’s
He got 17 goals on a really bad team. Good experience and versatile it would be a good signing for 1 million
Fun to watch in his prime with Tampa, but Tyler Johnson has a lot of miles on his skates and he is a small guy and he is right around Marchand's age so that means we would have 2 small guys who were very talented in their and not in their prime anymore taking ice time. Sweeney knows this so Johnson is an invite to camp to push the young kids. We don't need him on the team we just need him to light a fire in camp to motivate all the young Bs to step up their game.
There are worse things than having Johnson as #3 or #4 Centerman. He has to make the team first naturally.
