Felix Potvin. Finished his tenure here by being booed off the ice.

Maxime Ouellet. Picked up as a backup in 2005-06 mid-season after Cloutier was knocked out with an injury. He played so bad in his short stint that the team had to run Alex Auld into the ground in order to stay competitive despite a compressed schedule due to the Olympics.

I know there are worse out there, but this thread has a distinct lack of beach balls
jafahhhhhhhhhhhhh
Braden Holtby was pretty bad during his tenure here. He was brought in to shelter Demko, but it ended up being Demko who had to shelter him… man were those dark times for this team.
ETA: he ended the season with a **-13 GSAA** (which also takes into account shot quality). [https://hockeygoalies.org/bio/nhl/vancouver.html ]
ETA2: Holtby ended the season with a **GSAx of -11.4 over only 21 games** ranking him 87th out of 98 goalies (overall regardless of GP). Meanwhile, Demko, playing his first full season as a starter, ended up with a 6.8 GSAx (9th). [https://moneypuck.com/goalies.htm ]
So yes, Holtby was *that* bad even after accounting for the awful defense.

Statistically is mikey dipietro, although it is a different situation than most.

Definitely not the worst ever but Cloutier is definitely the most disappointing goalie in my memory. We were a pretty decent team in the peak WCE era but were stuck with beach ball Dan between the pipes

Michael DiPietro has the second worst save % (.771%) for a Canuck goalie ever. He only played 3 games for us, but there was so much hype and talk about how good this kid was going to be. He is the worst goalie I’ve seen play in a Canucks sweater.
If you are wondering who the worst save percentage was… it was Steve McKichan in 1991

Kevin Weekes, the goalie of the future.
I still don’t think he was as bad as Bob Mason though.

If Johan Hedberg can dominate the AHL and make a seamless transition to the NHL, surely the same could be said for Martin Brochu.
Narrator: The same could not be said for Martin Brochu

Guys who weren’t necessarily bad – to even good but were pretty bad with the Canucks:
Mika Noronen Anders Nilsson Braden Holtby Jaroslav Halak
Anyways, the answer is Louis Domingue’s 1 game as a Canuck.
