Oshie has earned his reputation and the devotion of this fan base. It’s impossible to not fall in love with him.
Of all the players on the cup roster, he’s the most deserving of having his number in the rafters outside of 8/19. Carlson might be the better/more impactful player, but certainly not as beloved by the fans.
I am 99% sure he is done, and what a career it has been. Thanks for all the great memories Oshie, filling your shoes will be a tall task.
