It shouldn’t be such a novelty that players are willing to take a little less money in order to win a championship, which after all, is what we all dream about growing up. The only players I would give the pass to are NHLers since they make relatively so little compared to the other big 4 athletes! And still Crosby turned down millions over the years just to win. Granted, he’s still a very rich man but cmon we gotta see more of that in nfl/nba/mlb
