I want to say Ben Bishop because he always got hurt when we needed him most. I’m not shitting on him as a player at all, he’s my second favourite goalie of all time behind Vasy but he got hurt when we really needed him in both 2014 and 2015.
There’s not really a ton of guys that were heavily relied on that couldn’t step up and it’s part of why this team has had so much success over the years.

People confusing least clutch with worst shot or worst player. I will say it’s a tough one to answer since most of the big guns in franchise history have had good playoffs and while some of them had some subpar playoff runs they also counteract that with big moments or other amazing runs.
If I HAD to answer one I’d go Lindback. Not that people expected much, but remembering the year he had to step in the last week of the regular season he actually stepped up. And then the story of that 2014 sweep was him just melting down in net. Even then it’s not a great answer and I feel bad naming him.

Realistically speaking, it’s Stamkos. His playoffs performances never followed his regular season accomplishments or the reputation of the second best goal scorer in current NHL (after ovechkin).

Gonna go with Mikey. Too many times I’ve seen him have a golden opportunity to put a goal on the board and he chokes. Love him to death though.
