I assume they are doing native 16:9 and are not gonna make a iPhone only broadcast view. At least now.
Give it 1-2 months. Let them cook.

Gonna guess it’s something with the device. I’ve watched on both TV and phone (galaxy) and both go full screen without issue

I had the same problem but if you stream it thru the espn app it’ll be the victory plus stream but full screen

Had the same problem, went into another Dallas Stars video and played it and it was in full screen then went back to the game and it’s back in regular full screen for me

How are you watching it. Downloaded victory plus in fire stick but don’t see option to watch game.

Just be glad you have it. I have Apple TV and a lg tv and neither have it in the App Store

So I got the roku streaming stick 4k from target today for $35. Installed the victory+ app on it and it was beautiful. LET’S GO STARS!

Ive reset and restarted everything – total viewing area is cut almost in half by this black box that I didnt have originally.
Anybody else or just me? SE3 phone

No issue from my tv. Sony/Android.
I don’t know what happened but this was resolved halfway into the game for me.
