  1. We never really do notice him… i mean, he plays safe. There's not a lot of offensive going on with his game, but he usually plays well on the defensive side of the game.. but yeah, he's pretty unnoticeable.

  2. Thing is he is earning his spot. The fact he can't be in Laval to be called up. And must return to the SHL. Means he has to stay and either Dvorak or Evans must go. And yes I know nobody want to trade Evans yet. But he can be traded easier. I think Dvorak would clear waiver.

  3. I saw the game and Kapanen's line had more to play for so they showed up more on the eye test. But the one thing that Kapanen did that really embarassed Dvorak was the faceoff. He finished with 57% while Dvorak had a loosy 43.8% and it's his strength! If Kapanen shows similar ability in the faceoff in his next appearence, then I will agree that Dvorak is in trouble.

  4. As a Finnish hockey fan I'm not at all surprised how well Kapanen did. He just played his game like he always does.

  5. Take it easy! Give Dvorak a chance to get his legs back… My guess is, the team really needs him to do well so that he caaannnn be traded.

  6. Oust Dvorak and introduce Kapanen ASAP, this kid has it all, grit, talent Hi Hockey IQ, what else do you need to see? Put Dvorak on waivers to send him to the American League or trade him and keep Kapanen on the team in the NHL,

  7. I see kapanen at center with laine and dach on either side. Both laine and kapanen are Finnish so that's a plus as well.

Newhook centres Roy and Anderson on the 3rd.

Dvorak sits til they trade em for anything

  8. I kept my eye on the Kapanen and Dvorak last night.. by my count Dvorak killed 4 of 5 opportunities he had to make a play.. he was hurting the team. Kapanen totally outplayed him.

  9. If we don’t graduate more than just Hutson and Roy as rookies this year, that means next year we will have 5 rookies (Kapanen, Demidov, Beck, Reinbacher and Mailloux).. that’s a lot of rookies for 25/26..

  10. Other than Hudson, Oliver was the best player on the ice from both teams. That's why he got 2nd star. He's definately a keeper. I hope he stays and plays. We are going to sneak into the playoffs. If you got some extra money it might be worth a thought, just sayin. Cheers
