Lenghtened Partial Resp – BUILD Bigger Upper Chest FASTER – Using Smith Machine

I use a smith machine to exaggerate the stretch in my pecs.

* Ultra-Wide Grip: By using an ultra-wide grip, you can increase the stretch on the clavicular portion of the pectoralis major, which is essential for targeting the upper chest. A greater stretch can lead to more muscle activation in this area, potentially stimulating more growth.

* Balancing Assistance: The Smith machine eliminates the need for balancing the bar, allowing you to focus entirely on pushing the weight and maintaining the correct form. This can be especially beneficial when using a wide grip, which might be more challenging to control with free weights.
