I agree. He was doing well for about five years and then reverted back to the old jarmo who led the team nowhere for 10+ years. It’s time to move on.

I assume this is because he is going to another team for another role. What and whom idk but I dont see why you wouldnt keep him around to scout unless he was trying to meddle or wasn’t really doing anything.
