Fabian Lysell is Cut | Elias Lindholm is Back!
The Boston Bruins have annouced a major roster transaction before the end of training camp, assigning several players to Providence, including Fabian Lysell, Riley Duran, Georgii Merkulov, and Trevor Kuntar, just to name a few.
This sent a shockwave through Boston Bruins’s social media as the fan base thought Fabian Lysell would slot in on the second-line right wing after his strong play in his last game.
In great news, Elias Lindholm skated in a non-contact jersey for the first time in weeks and plans on playing in some preseason games before the start of the season.

Maybe seeing what we can get for swayman?
my cousin sent me a dm yesterday saying Lysell was sent down. i replied WHAT?. i must not be seeing everything…out of the screen on tv or at practice. i thought he had 2 positive games and 1 not so much. i think poistras might get a look at that spot.
What do you think of Lysell being sent down?
Should have given Lysell at last one more game. Why is Brown still around? He was invisible.
So if they give johnson a legal min that is what 775K out of the 8.5 mil cap space.. so that would bring availble money to 7.8 mil left in cap space for the rest of the season..
going to be an interesting season to say the least.
Good video! Well Providence should be really good this year! š
Lysell didn't show enough. He will be up by the first of the year.
I was surprised about that Fabian did not get a few more games and with better players š®
They should have given him a few more games he looked better than Tyler Johnson out there.
Lyselle sent down doesn't rock my world. With all due respect to fans, we don't know squat.
They know what's going on behind the scenes. We don't.
No reason to freak out.
Looking forward to checking out Johnston.
I gotta disagree with them sending down lysell. He has done everything asked of him. And he is better than some of the guys still on the roster.
Lysell is not ready yet
Lysell didn't show enough and NHL is not a development league. AHL is and he can be moved back and forth without going through waivers.
The Bruins would rather put useless has beens in the line over young players with upside. If Iām Lysell I would ask for a trade.
