I don’t agree that team defense will be as big of a problem as on paper.
The bottom pairing will be an upgrade from last season regardless of how you slice it. Lehky should be back in a month. The D core is healthier. Center depth is stable which will allow them to focus more on their own end.

Annunen gets more starts in the crease but he doesn’t fully take over as the 1A for this season. However.. this allows us to be happy with letting Georgeiv walk once the season is over and then have Annunen for 25-26 season 🧃
