NJ Devils DOMINANT In 2 Global Series Wins against the Buffalo Sabres!



The New Jersey Devils were DOMINANT In the Global Series as they get back to back Wins against the Buffalo Sabres.
The NJ Devils win game one 4-1 with goals from Stefan Noesen, Jonathan Kovecevic, Captain Nico Hischier, and Paul Cotter. Cotter had a goal and an assist in game one and that led into game 2 where Cotter had the game winning goal.
Game 2 The Devils won 3-1 with Seamus Casey scoring his first career NHL goal, Another goal from Paul Cotter and the line of Timo Meier, Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt clicked as all contributed on a Meier goal.
The Devils earned 4 out of a possible 4 points to start the year and have the Toronto Maple Leafs next at the Rock where Heas Coach Sheldon Keefe Will face his former team

What’s up man, last year I was really hard on the coaching staff and Fitz, just have to say Fitz did a great job he got the best coach for NJ in Keefe, and secondly he did a great job this summer not over paying Mercer, building the defense and the grit, I can’t wait to see they boys come home with this momentum from two big wins

  2. I agree, solid all the way around. The new guys contributing makes me very hopeful. I’ve wondered for a long time why we were so hopeful last year, losing experience and size on defense, starting rookies (and Bahl) and not having McLeod, Wood and Sharangovich. We have finally replaced them.

  3. The team looks like it could be top 5 in goals for and goals against. Fitz has built from the goal line out with a top six that can be the envy of most teams in the NHL.

  4. Looked good all the way around. Keefe might have a really tough decision when Pesce and Hughes come back

  5. Not a single complaint about anything so far. What a difference a year makes. I hope they keep it going.
