I hope we don't get amnesia just to be supportive of Val. You can wish him the best, but want him gone. Maybe being in the pressure cooker situation of being a top forward for a top pro team is not so great for him. Maybe being away from that is better for his mental health, definitely for his physical health. But let's not pretend to welcome him home if he comes back, after the outrage and fury over screwing the team and fans over for the second time in a row. People deserve a second chance, but not a third. Especially when it's for the same damn reason.
