Steeped in cycling history, Santini have made some of the most iconic jerseys in cycling. We were lucky enough to be shown around the company’s Italian HQ.

Handmade in Italy since 1965 and proud of the care and attention to detail that goes into each and every single pair of bib shorts and jerseys – including the GCN kit of course. With the design studio overlooking the factory floor, and many of the staff at Santini having worked with the company for years it really is a family affair.
Providing teams from the local cycling club to the Belkin Pro Cycling Team, the Giro d’Italia jerseys and the rainbow stripes for the UCI, Santini has grown from founder Pietro Santini’s passion for cycling at every level.

Love the factory tours. So nice to see a family business going well in this day and age.
Nice Video! Amazing that they still produce in Italy…
This is really interesting! Great video guys 🙂
If you like this factory tour, you should search for Bioracer.
they produce great clothing's (my best fitting bib-shorts are Santinis) – and as we see here, have two beautiful and likable ladies in the management 🙂
Fantastic. Only thing it would be easier to read the subtitles if there was a black contrast behind the white text.
monica hot hot
Fantastic, wish this video is 10 mins long
So this is why cycling clothes are so expensive.
I made my own GCN Jersey, https://twitter.com/PlantPedaler/status/435479023024480256
do castelli next!
Can you tour a Chinese/Taiwanese company? Like the Giant factory?
Castelli is not manufactured in Italy, however their quality, attention to detail and exquisite design are undeniably good. Santini are the same and yes, they have also that little tag that reads Made in Italy. It's the equivalent of wearing Armani for the bike.
this is why Italy are the 'Center' of the fashion world.
Even a cycling jerseys can be so beautiful . . .
Wow! Amazing company!
Thats pitty that You have left Santini and changed the brand. Its supreme quality and Italian origins wont be forgotten 🙁
santini fit is so much better than other brands. imo. price quality ratio is great too
