For a few more hours we are stanley cup contenders! 🤣 It's a midnight start for me for the first game of the season. How that first period goes will dictate whether I go to sleep and watch the replay or power through the night! My hope is Arber doesn't again have to fight but you know it's happening. As for the season I don't see us giving up less high danger chances especially once Hutson is on PP1 and 2nd pairing. I think we have to expect that as a downside to his offensive upside. My prediction is we give up more short handed goals than last year.
I’m full of hype and expectations but I’ll temper those explanations. I’ll be happy with entertaining hockey and improvement throughout the team that leads to more wins and an upward move in the standings. 🎉
