Gone – Full Film

In Christensen Arms’ new film, GONE, legendary hunter and outfitter Jim Shockey reflects on lessons learned during a life spent in the rugged wilderness.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Branlin Shockey, GONE offers an unprecedented look into Jim’s life — his family, hunting adventures, sorrows, and the lengths he’s going to in order to pay it forward to future generations.

“They’re gone…” is sadly something we are all going to deal with in life. How will we go forward while honoring the memory of loved ones who are Gone?

  1. This is without a doubt, one of the most touching, and personal things I have encountered in my 66 years on this planet. So much of what you said in this film, was taught to me by my own father, who took the time to show me things in the outdoors, and explain a lot of how things lived and died. I admit I became quite emotional watching this, unashamedly so. Thanks Jim.

  2. My father passed just over a month ago. As I wipe the tears from my eyes I just can’t help but to think this was him telling me “its going to be okay, chase your dreams & become that person you’ve always dreamed of”

Thank you Jim, what an insightful and awesome human being.

  3. Such great advice. Thanks for sharing this intimate part of your life with us. God bless you in your days ahead.

  4. Wow! Amazing capture of a legend of a Man. Huge fan of Jim since way back. The loss of his wife gutted me as I too have a wife that is my soulmate and If I lost her she knows I wont be coming off the Mountain except to see our kids and future Grandkids. Awesome film fellas and to all that made it happen🔥❤️

  5. This keep popping in my feed. ZERO regrets watching and it was phenomenal and haves a great purpose and honor 🎖…

  6. Jim I must say that I have never been a fan but, this what you put to film and words , I don’t think could have been said any better!! Great Job … Wonderful Done !!!

  7. Jim you're amazing. Thanks for all you do and have done for mankind, outdoors, and the future. I couldn't agree more with your message. Thanks for sharing. Fortunately this life is just a small step to a more amazing journey that lies ahead after death. You will have you wife again to cherish for all time with your family and others who have graduated from this short time here on earth. Love following your journey. Thanks Jim
