For those with kids… the people who ran the Coyotes Street Hockey league have a new one

The people who ran the AZ Coyotes street hockey league are now part of the Matt Shott Arizona Hockey League Foundation and they're coming back in a few weeks with a new season.

The league is ages 7-13, and great for kids. It's great for kids who have never played before, and those who have! We've done it for just over a year, and its been amazing for our son (and our other son is finally going to play, too). They do 10 sessions and total cost is 69 bucks. It's run out of the East Valley this season and done on Saturdays.

Please pass along as it was a great youth program run by the Street Team last few seasons, and I'd really like to see the new iteration succeed.

For those of you on the west side, Peoria Sportsplex (Inline hockey) has a kids program. First 45 min is ball hockey in shoes, followed by another 45 min of full gear.

$15/session. They have loaner gear available.

Note, no clinics this month due to some tournaments, but will be back in November.
