  1. Rountree hit Poatan with the same straight left that he KO Saki and Smith, 2 incredible duravle fighters, bunch of times but the man ated like nothing šŸ˜…

  2. Khalil didn't knock down Alex! Alex missed a kick and got off balance, got caught (not flush) and turned around givin his back! He didn't fell! The only major khalil attack was the headkick that dind't land flush either, alex saw it coming just in time! ā¤

  3. Poatan had health problems, injuries, and Visa problems and even with visa problems he was able to go to the altitude and training Rountree has no excuse he is a citizen he can travel freely if he did not go there to adapt it is his fault

  4. Easy ā€¦ Tom beats him. I think people mistake the size and reach of a great stricker for the best fighter. He is tall at 85, average at 205 and heavy. Heā€™s a heavy weight striker that can make weight.

At this point heā€™d lose strength at 85. Heā€™s dominating 205 which he should, except maybe against Ankaliev or Raichek. But at heavy heā€™s got Tom and Iā€™m sorry but Jon Jones too.

Alex is a great fighter but Iā€™m getting sick of seeing him have an advantage and calling it the goat. Letā€™s see him fight 205 top fighters or Tom

  5. Alex is in the same situation as was Izzy and Sean O. Both very tall for the division and great strikers. But they get found out eventually donā€™t they

  6. Between round coach told him to stop receiving jabs he told the hi couldn't because he had to tire his opponent. He was putting himself in danger so his opponent would explode and gas out

  7. Another ā€œmoderateā€ Muslim that cleans up after the extreme Muslims.

He loves the freedom of Canada, yet goes against the west when he can.

    Thanks šŸ™

  8. Khalil trains at elevation higher than salt lake and Poatan went there only two weeks in advance because he had flu a broken rib and visa issuesā€¦

  9. Mfs in north america be crying for some below 3000 altitude when in South America some people used to during hard ass work above 4000.

  10. You completely nailed what he's doing. You're the only one I've heard that's defined it. Look how he walks in, how he moves. He's putting up that huge, long frame which makes him nearly impossible to hit then generating massive pressure with that Dempsy strike Mexican hook. It's kind of like that Frankenstein defense catching the hands like DC does with those short punches but many times better. No one has figured it out yet much less how to counter it.

  11. There's no chance Rountree's cardio would have held up with his style, unless he became Merab. He was swinging power shots every few seconds, lunging, blitzing forward, missing 80% of them. It's not a gameplan that can hold up for 5 rounds.

  12. I don't recall a single body kick from Pereira, mostly calves and head kicks. IMO, cardio single-handedly decided that fight, maybe the countless missed punches early on played their part.

  13. Alex should not fight Aspinal. Tom will take him down in round one and submit him. He is a lot bigger than Alex. And he can wrestle.

  14. Words of a coach, anyone athlete knows taking damage and being in defense zaps your stamina the most not Utah altitude.

  15. The Quran can't be true because it says that the Bible is the incorruptible word of God but then directly contradicts it. Think about it you will realize that Islam cannot be true

  16. If people value UFC fights without grappling and juijitsu then why donā€™t these people watch kickboxing and thiboxing ?

  17. Combat sportsšŸ˜¢fans šŸ˜¢blessed, we had the adesanya era (don't care for his personality but great fighter) then pereira picks up where he left off and puts on even more entertaining fights

  18. So Roundtree actually trained at my gym in Utah the first day he was in Utah. Alex got there a week or two earlier. I also know that Alex fought Jan in Utah and had already experienced the elevation a few years prior. I was honestly shocked how late some of these guys got to Utah

  19. Hello Coach, please make a video on which muscle to prioritize first and to the last. Which muscle is the most important and the least important for combat sports? There are many. Legs, back, abs, chest, shoulders, tricep, bicep, forearm, calves and neck. Can you make a video on which is the most important and which is the least important in order?

  20. Usually with fighters they either have puncher power or cardio, if you have the fast mustle twitch fibers you almost never have legit cardio and if you have insane cardio you almost never have big punching power. But with Pereira you have something very rare, he has the most punching power ive ever seen but he also has crazy cardio. To put on a pace like that with strepthroat, a fever and injured ribs is just insane. The only question mark Pereira had was his chin because he got rocked easy at 185lbs but I think that was soley because of the crazy weight cut he had to endure just to make 185lbs, i think it drained his cerebral fluids and compromised his chin. Because at 205lbs his chin is legit, he took a flush headkick to the chin by a hard hitter and kept moving forward, he also took Jeris best punches too so I think hes much more durable now at 205lbs.
