    Liljegren is just meh. He doesn’t suck. But he’s not great either. He makes good plays in the neutral zone but can get lost in his own zone.

    Absolutely LOVED tonights game by the Leafs. You can really see a difference between Berube style of play and Keefe style of play the last 5 years. Also for the first time in a while I think most of us fans are not nervous with whoever is between the pipes.

    On another note though, SBA is the most quiet hockey arena in the NHL during the season. Its very disappointing and embarassing.

    Lili got his 3m contract and he is going to work hard to earn that minutes, otherwise, MLSE can do whatever they wants. There is nothing to be worried about him,, he is much better than a lot of hard working peoples who earn paycheck to paycheck.

    Honestly, what is Liljegrens status? Has he just been healthy scratched for the first 3 regular season games? And I hear the argument to trade him to SJS or wherever, but you need exra D-men in the NHL. Liljgren MUST stay. If you can get a good piece for him at trade deadline, that's a different story. I'm one of those people who are disappointed in his turnout. Was surprised we sent Sandin to WSH over Liljegren. Strange call by Dubas if you ask me. But I find Liljegren to be a decent defenseman. Pretty mid. Doesn't deserve the amount of sh1t he gets online though, that's for sure.

    I agree about the fans in attendance. 99.9% of Leafs fans can't afford tickets. Season ticket holders are there to schmooze and eat their sushi. The people in the arena do NOT represent 99.9% of the fanbase. If the REAL fans were in that building, it would be deafening.

    Still the same 4 guys who shrink like a frightened turtle in the playoffs. Stolarz & Hildeby are the bright spots in the lineup, because when the 4 dry up in the playoffs, at least they’ll have reliable goaltending
