The Boston Bruins beat the Los Angeles Kings 2-1 in Overtime today, and David Pastrnak was the overtime hero.
Matthew Poitras played fantastic, and David Pastrnak even complimented him after the game.
Jeremy Swayman was the first star and played a much better game than the one against Montreal.

I kept yelling at Montgomery to start the 2nd PP unit next power play, he did not hear me from my chair here in my house.They generated better chances than the first unit in the limited time they had IMHO. The one thing that impressed me this year and last about Poitras is he can go into a pile up on the boards and come out with the puck. As a side note I was concerned when Jack retired, we were going to geta humdrum boring NHL announcer. Judd has done well, little bit of homer in him, I miss Jack.

Wasnāt pretty but take the win.,swayman played great!!! but pasta sucked most of the game got one in the end.,,I wish players would shoot the puck when they have opportunityā¦instead of looking for pass to number 88.

I know itās earlyā¦BUTā¦the production from the fourth line is encouraging and when the lines āgelā and get accustomed to each other and can anticipate where their line mates are, this team is going to be good. I think the size of the d corps is going to help add toughness to the mix. The power play needs work. Again, I know itās early but the pieces are starting to come together.

Pastrnak is realizing how spoiled he was with Bergy and Krejci and is desperate for a guy that can just pass him the gd puck when heās supposed to. His comments read to me as āHeās small but heās actually good. Put him with me please, the team will protect him.ā
This team hasn't come together yet but you see when this team does get it together, they will be great!! I love Katelic's game.
