As a Canes fan, pretty embarrassed. It was clear that with a man advantage we couldn't make anything happen and with the goalie pulled, there wasn't enough will power to make a goal happen. So really why pull Anderson twice?

The Carolina Hurricanes were the only Hurricanes the city of Tampa has beat this month! We were lucky to have power, only about 25% of the area had power Friday Night. Probably The lowest viewership of a Tampa season opener.
Something a lot of people don’t see either is that his “cherry picking” stops a lot of icings that would happen from clears. So a lot of the time he either gets the empty net goal or worst case scenario gets to the puck before the defense and keeps the clock moving
