The Oilers had more playoff success – when Gretzky played a more team oriented game scoring less goals.
Is it possible for the Leafs to have regular & playoff successes (even say just getting into the third round) with Matthews generating more assists & scoring less goals? 😀

Since visiting Canada 18 months from the UK I know absolutely FA about the NHL but the Leafs are now my team after meeting two great guys prior to the play offs that year.
