I am so pumped. This top six setup is legit what I’ve been asking for. Let’s see what Cotter can do on the second line and what a reunited Nico and Timo can create.

I like this. Meier really needs to get going

  3. Not crazy about splitting up that third line, but I like Tatar there. Should be interesting how this plays out.

I’m really curious to see what Cotter can do alongside Jack. If he can keep up the goal scoring, we might just have another 2011-12 David Clarkson on our hands

Bro why make changes to all of the lines EXCEPT the one that was a friggin ANCHOR the past few games. I don’t get why the 4th line is left alone when all they do is give up high danger chances.

Huge fan of these. I think you set it and forget it with these for awhile to give them a chance to build some chemistry.

Not sure about this Cotter experiment. Top 6 minutes are different than bottom 6 and his game might not translate.

Such a good chance of being 6-2-0 on the 20th. These changes intensify the excitement. LFG

Does this lineup make Palat the most expensive 4th liner in the NHL?

Where was that guy who literally posted this exact line up as “his idea” yesterday… bro saw the future

  11. Cotter looks like he should be the perfect linemate for Hughes let’s hope it works

Cotter reminds me of my favorite all-time Nashville Predator Calle Jarnkrok, just in the way that he can be slotted up and down the lineup and will do whatever you ask of him.

Preds coaches would call Jarnkrok their Swedish Army Knife because he could fill any spot in their forward lines and had no ego about him, so you could see him go from playing 2nd line minutes one week to helping the 4th line and you always knew he’d be a dependable skater out there.

It does seem like Keefe is taking a liking to Cotter quickly already, and I’m a fan of the post penalty kill line of Cotter-Hughes-Meier they’ve rolled out recently.

Brought up Cotter playing with Hughes before the season started and a lot of people dismissed it. Happy to see he gets a legit shot.

If Cotter shines with Hughes, trading Holtz is looking better and better.

My hope is Cotter’s game is going to be like Tom Wilson. That’s the type of player needed with Hughes and Bratt.

I like this. The 3rd line should still be well above average defensively. Noesen is a dog on D and tatar and haula are responsible. Can they score? we will see.

THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING YESSS

I like Meier with Nico. Timo is at his best when he’s the guy who controls the play with his linemates playing off off him. Plus all three of those guys get into the dirty net front areas and the whole line will be crashing while also controlling the boards ans defending well.

Will be interesting with Cotter being playing the pest/enforcer and net front distraction while the two water bugs are zipping the puck around. Can keep this line away from the oppo’s top scorers especially at home with the last change so they can just go out there and fly. Cotter can also take faceoffs on the right side and/or to counter a heavier center.

I’m looking forward to seeing these lines tried out. Tatar got his chance and didn’t do much with it. I hope cotter does well and makes that trade look like a steal lol.

    Timo and Nico just work

Jack and Timo just don’t gel together.. happy it wasn’t forced for longer

I’m all in on the Paul Cotter Experience
