For red wings I would argue for Moritz Seider. He only has 2 assists, but in three games he already has 20 hits and 13 blocked shots.
Monahan has definitely been awesome for the jackets so far, but I could argue the same for Chinakhov, KJ, Fantilli, Marchenko, and Werenski, who are also playing amazing rn.
I like the gustavsson pick for the wild, however Matt Boldy has been driving offense and defense for this team. He seems to have stepped to a new level.
I love that monahan is beasting it, I hope he tears it up /had a career year for Johnny. All hockey fans want that imo

Moritz Seider is the best player for Detroit so far. He is leading the league in blocked shots and has alot of hits.
lafreniere has been the best player in the leauge
LFG MM. He is gonna give the skill of Frost a chance to shine. I think Morgan ends up with 30 goals if he spends most the time on MM line

As a blues fan I agree. Broberg has been a steal and I hope Armstrong extends him for 8 years once he is eligible
As a Panthers fan I feel so much joy watching this team continue to get better somehow. Outside of the Heat(they break my heart still), we SoFlo natives haven't seen this level of bonafide competency for some time.
Broberg being the best dman is like a double-sided sword. He's the youngest, so it makes sense. Then u see how old the dcore is😭😂. From being at the game, they are slow
Vasilevskiy has looked so damn good in Tampa’s first 2 games. So excited for him to bounce back this year.
Not disagreeing with Toffoli for the Sharks, but Blackwood is ROCK SOLID. Guy's putting up big numbers behind a defense of recycling cans. Hands down my most underrated player.
CBJ’s best player is easily Kent Johnson. He’s been a commanding presence both on offense and on defense. His turn around has been extremely impressive. Do not be surprised if by the end of the season he’s finished with 70+ points
Picking Broberg over Kyrou is a fairly weird, but not entirely insane.

Jared McCann? Most impactful player in Seattle so far has easily been Brandon Montour. He has almost single-handedly make Seattle look like a real hockey team. He even makes Oleksiak look OK, and that’s an improbable task.

I Indefinitely agree with Jake Sanderson, but the second best will be Tim Stutzle- 3 games 3 goals 3 assist with 6 points this season, if he can stay healthy this season he could have one hundred points, he's already already has +1 already

the worst things the leafs did with their core is bring in patrick marleau and then jumbo when the core was young. They were BAD mentors and led to the kids being selfish which caused the contract problems (squeeze every penny out of the team) and not focused on winning
