No sabotage just unlucky with the yellow flag but in hindsight they should've made sure he was directly behind George but nobody can predict who will cause a yellow flag.

The biggest storyline going into the sprint and qualifying has to be Lewis with what looks like the fastest car. If he puts it on pole a lot of the doubts put on his ability would reduce some. Moments like this one coming up only further cement their greatness. Let’s go!

If Mercedes truly sabotaged Lewis, he would be 1x world champion getting paid $500,000/yr. And Nico Rosberg would've been 7x WDC (2014-2020)
It has never been in Mercs interest to sabotage Lewis while paying him $50m/yr (4x higher than their own CEO and leader of their $85b global corporation).

Lewis is doing this by himself! He is not a God, he is like any other F1 drivers. He reached the point where the age gets up to him, where he loses the consistency, qualy speed and making mistakes. Raikkonen, Vettel, Coulthard, Ricciardo etc had those in their last years.
Be glad what Lewis offered in his career and embrace that those are Lewis's last seasons and that he is not as good as he was.
